Meet Author Ella Lybarger

Ella Patreece Lybarger is a student at the University of Alabama, studying Public Relations. When she's not attending classes or at work, you can easily find her spending her dining dollars at the Chick-fil-A on campus or cheering from the stands at an SEC football or baseball game.

Having grown up all over the country as a military BRAT, Ella now proudly calls the great state of West Virginia home. If she had to narrow down the things she misses most about home, she'd say the winding back roads, her Momma's pepperoni rolls, a beloved hotdog shop called Weezers, and, of course, her family and good friends.

Ella published her first book, "Loud Thoughts," as a high school freshman and has continued to write and publish ever since. In addition to being an avid writer, she's also a passionate reader. Her all-time favorite book is "Until Friday Night" by Abbi Glines, and she loves to joke that the Alabama setting of the book is what made her eager to attend college at the University of Alabama.

So, to all her readers, she proudly says, "ROLL TIDE!"
